When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you join a team, we store your team membership and role.

Contact Data

You may import or create contact records (entities) within Renotify. This data — including names, phone numbers, and custom fields — is stored on your behalf and belongs to you. We do not use your contact data for our own purposes.

Messaging Data

When you send notifications or use the inbox, we store message metadata (template name, delivery status, timestamps) and message content as needed to provide the service. Message content is transmitted to your chosen WhatsApp Business API provider.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Renotify platform
• Send notifications and messages on your behalf via your connected WhatsApp provider
• Track delivery status and provide analytics
• Process credit transactions and billing
• Send you service-related communications (account verification, security alerts)
• Improve and develop new features

3. Third-Party Services

Renotify integrates with third-party services at your direction:

• WhatsApp Business API Providers — Meta (Cloud API), SendSeven, MessengerPeople (Sinch), or Twilio. Messages and phone numbers are transmitted to your chosen provider.
• Data Imports — Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and Airtable, when you connect these integrations. We access only the data you authorize.
• AI Services — When you use AI features (template translation, AI chat agent), prompts and content are sent to the AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini). No contact data is sent to AI providers unless explicitly part of a conversation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Notification logs are retained to provide analytics and delivery tracking. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, team-scoped data isolation, and role-based access controls.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
