These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renotify platform ("Service") operated by Renotify ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use Renotify, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use Renotify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Renotify facilitates messaging through WhatsApp Business API providers. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's policies, including:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate WhatsApp's policies or generate excessive complaint rates.
Renotify uses a credit-based system for message sending. Credits are deducted when messages are sent. Credit balances are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within Renotify, including contacts, templates, and message content. We process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store and process the personal data of your contacts, and for complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, where applicable).
Team owners are responsible for managing their team members and their access levels. Data within a team workspace is isolated from other teams. When a team member is removed, their access to team data is immediately revoked.
Access to the Renotify API is governed by these Terms. API tokens should be kept secure and rotated regularly. We reserve the right to rate-limit API requests to maintain service quality.
Renotify offers AI-powered features including template translation and AI chat agents. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of messages sent using AI-generated content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles.
